Carefully placed in the curve of a tree trunk, the stone is at kid height and just off the Parata walking track in Waikanae, NZ. The track is popular with families as an easy bushwalk amid native forest beside a creek, going up to a coastal lookout. The practice of leaving artworked stones is a nice free gift to whoever finds it. Children leave them in all sorts of semi hidden places for other children to find and be delighted in finding. This one has a positive message too: bee happy.
