How many people can use one subscription?

Every plan includes unlimited seats, so your whole team has access.

What types of images are included with my subscription?

Your subscription allows you to download from millions of creative images on Ä¢¹½´«Ã½. Images marked 'Available for Editorial use only' are not included in your subscription plan, but can be purchased separately. Your subscription includes access to photographs, vectors, illustrations and 360 panoramas.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time.

  • Monthly plans: Upgrades will take effect immediately; downgrades will happen at the next billing cycle.

  • Annual committed plans: Customer service can assist in getting you on the right plan.

What happens to unused assets?

Up to one month of unused assets will roll over automatically.

What licenses are included?

All subscription tiers include our Standard Commercial and Editorial licenses.

What if I need broader usage rights?

You can purchase enhanced licences if you have usage requirements that are not included in our standard subscription licence. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any specific use cases.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime.

  • For monthly commitment plans, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

  • For annual commitment plans paid upfront, you will be reimbursed for 50% of the remaining contract value

  • For annual plans paid monthly: you will be responsible for 50% on remaining payments.

Does my plan auto-renew?

Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription. You will receive a notification when renewal is approaching.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

No. However you can speak customer service to get on the right plan.

Where can I access invoices or update payment details?

All billing info, payment methods, and invoices are available in your account settings.

What if I need help finding content?

Our Smart Search feature can help surface the right content faster than ever, with additional support as needed.
