USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) is a Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier commissioned in 1982. The archival image records aviation support personnel using a Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid system within the hangar bay during sustainment training operations in the Pacific Ocean in 2017.
